Public Hearing January 18, 2024, to Terminate Industrial Development District 2023-1
Please take notice that the Eagle Township Board, Clinton County, will conduct a public hearing to terminate Industrial Development District 2023-1 that was established on October 19, 2023. The public hearing will be held on January 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Eagle Township Hall, 14318 Michigan Street, Eagle, Michigan, during its regularly scheduled meeting.
At the time set for public hearing, the Township Board shall provide an opportunity for interested persons to be heard on the proposed termination of the Eagle Township Industrial Development District 2023-1 and shall receive and consider communications in writing with reference thereto. The public hearing shall provide the fullest opportunity for expression of opinion, for argument on the merits, and for introduction of documentary evidence pertinent to the termination of the industrial development district. A map and a description of Industrial Development District 2023-1 are available for public inspection as posted at the Eagle Township Hall, 14318 Michigan Street, Eagle, Michigan, available on the Township’s website at www.eagletownship.org, or as otherwise requested from the Clerk at 517-526-7548 or clerk@eagletownship.org.
