Please take notice that on December 21, 2023, at its regular meeting, the Township Board of Eagle Township adopted the Ordinance Enacting a Moratorium on the Issuance of Any Zoning Approvals During the Transition Period from Clinton County Zoning to Eagle Township Zoning, which establishes a moratorium on zoning approvals and permits though March 1, 2024, provides for waiver procedures, and provides authorization for the creation of forms and procedures so applications can be processed and reviewed efficiently beginning on March 1, 2024.

The Eagle Township Ordinance Enacting a Moratorium on the Issuance of Any Zoning Approvals During the Transition Period from Clinton County Zoning to Eagle Township Zoning contains the following sections and catch lines: Section 1. Findings; Section 2. Moratorium; Section 3. Moratorium Term; Section 4: Moratorium Waiver; Section 5. Authorization of McKenna/Zoning Administrator; Section 6: Publication; Section 7: Validity and Severability; Section 8: Effective Date, which is immediate upon this publication.
