NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO ESTABLISH AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Please take notice that the Eagle Township Board, Clinton County, will conduct a public hearing on a request for establishment of an industrial development district from Paxton Products, Inc, doing business as Paxton Countertops, at vacant land located at S Grange Rd., Eagle, Michigan, Parcel No: 070-016-400-019-00, on October 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Eagle Township Hall, 14318 Michigan Street, Eagle, Michigan, during its regularly scheduled meeting.

At the time set for public hearing, the Township Board shall provide an opportunity for interested persons to be heard on whether an industrial development district should be established and shall receive and consider communications in writing with reference thereto. The public hearing shall provide the fullest opportunity for expression of opinion, for argument on the merits, and for introduction of documentary evidence pertinent to the proposed industrial development district.
