To the qualified electors of Eagle Township, Clinton County, Michigan:  Notice is hereby given that the Public Accuracy Test for the electronic equipment that will be used for the August 6, 2024, Presidential Primary Election has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 9, 2024,  at 6:30 pm at the Eagle Township Hall, 14318 Michigan St, Eagle, Michigan.  All interested persons are invited to attend.

The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the computer programming used to tabulate the votes cast at the election meets the requirements of the Michigan Election Law.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eagle Township Board, Clinton County, will hold a Budget Public Hearing for fiscal year 2025-2026 on Saturday March 29, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Eagle Township Hall located at 14318 Michigan St, Eagle, MI. *The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this meeting as well as continuing the ongoing EMS and streetlight special assessments.
